At Tacocat, we currently offer shipping for select merchandise only (such as apparel or branded items). Food items are not shipped and are available for pickup only, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, this option will be clearly noted at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Tacocat is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
